JOIN US FOR The 5th Annual Big Ivy+ Alumni potluck picnic

Back by popular demand! An afternoon of frolic, food and fun for local Ivy+ alumni, family and friends. 

Come connect with your fun, fascinating, and valuable alumni community at the 5th Annual BIG Ivy+ Alumni Potluck Picnic. Enjoy a beautiful bay view, a swimming beach with lifeguards, lawn to play on, a beach volleyball court, and a big, shady, open-air shelter with picnic tables for our reserved use. Bring your kids!

Please bring food or drink enough for yourselves and a few others. Water, plates, forks, napkins and the like will be provided. Alcoholic beverages and dogs are prohibited. Bring games, balls, frisbees, etc. Water shoes are recommended if you take a dip.

The picnic will happen rain or shine, thanks to the shelter. There is no cost to attend. Please register even if you're just thinking about coming. That will help us plan and let us notify you in case of changes. Questions? brian@yari.club

Parking at Bristol Town Beach is $30 per vehicle, cash only, for non-residents ($15 for Bristol residents). They appreciate exact cash. There are three free parking lots off of Asylum Road, 0.3 to 0.4 miles walking distance from the pavilion: the East Bay Bike Path lot, the Quinta-Gamelin Community Center lot, and the unpaved lot on the east side of the sports fields (map). The attendant for the beach lot will allow you to drop off passengers and food at the pavilion before parking elsewhere. Do not park at the boat ramp of Colt State Park.
