HCRI Annual Dinner

Our annual dinner is finally back and we are thrilled to announce our guest speaker: Professor Michael Brenner, Michael F. Cronin Professor of Applied Mathematics and Applied Physics and Professor of Physics.

Professor Brenner teaches the wildly popular undergrad course Science & Cooking: From Haute Cuisine to Soft Matter Science. In this class, both science and non-science concentrators learn applied science principles through cooking.
