The Experts Speak

Join us for our 5th annual world affairs panel led by our own club member, Lyle Goldstein '94, in partnership with the  Brown Club of RI.

The Russian invasion of Ukraine has transformed world politics and ignited a second Cold War between Russia and the West. This panel of military, political and economic experts will appraise the war at all levels. They will consider, first and foremost, the pain and suffering of the brave Ukrainian people.  The experts will also look at how the war is developing and also the reasons why it came about in the first place.  Finally, the panel will consider the prospects for a peace settlement, as well as the repercussions for global politics and also the world economy.
